The Bright-F Translation System for Color Blind

Have you ever wondered how a blind person identifies color? The fact that they do not see anything does not mean they do not need to distinguish colors. Keeping this challenges in mind designer Lifeng Yu has come up with a prototype device called the Bright-F. The Bright-F aims to distinguish different colors and translate this information into sound. The device detects such aspects of color as brightness, saturation and hue.
