Cool Shirt Personal Cooling System is liquid cooling system that keeps your core body temperature in its optimum operating range regardless of the environment. Cool Shirt circulates water around the little pipes without actually getting you wet. Water runs from a ice-water cooler in the car and can go for three hours.
