World Time Globe

This 8 1/2″ diameter globe displays the time in 144 different cities around the world when you rotate the globe. The corresponding time zone displays for the cities when you rotate the globe and align its longitudinal time zone bar. The globe displays up to seven cities per time zone; a press of a button cycles through all the cities for each zone. Time zones are displayed using the Greenwich Mean Time designation and it provides Daylight Saving Time designation when applicable. It also displays the country name, area code and monthly mean temperature (in Celsius or Fahrenheit) for the corresponding city as well as the date and day of the week. You can also set its alarm feature to notify you when a time zone reaches a certain hour.
