Corona Globes by Nendo

Corona is a series of globes designed by Japanese design company Nendo for Watanabe Kyogu. Corona Globes have been designed with simplicity in mind so the amount of geographical information was reduced and only two colors were used on the surface. With oceans colored in white and landmasses in black, the globe highlights the reliefs of islands and coastlines. The Corona Globes are available in three sizes: 15cm diameter, 26cm and a floor model 110cm tall.
