Curious Lamp by Caroline Olsson

Designer from Norway Caroline Olsson has created a foldable desk lamp called ‘Curious’. The Curious lamp is made of birchg and painted aluminium and uses LED as a light source.

“The lamp Curious can be used for both work and pleasure. It can be opened up to make it brighter or folded down, where the light will luminate through an opening in the wood. A space saving object, both in form and function. The inspiration for this product comes from old wooden pencil cases. Curious will be shown at the 100% Design show in London, from September 22 to 25, 2011.”
