Cantilever Floor Lamp by Evan Clabots

Designer Evan Clabots of Brooklyn, NY based design studio Nonlinear has created the Cantilever floor lamp.

“The Adjustable Height Floor Lamp has a lamp shade that sits on a small secondary pole that is cantilevered off of the vertical pole of the lamp. The cantilevered arm ends in a ring that slides over the vertical pole of the lamp. The weight of the shade twists the ring causing it to “lock” or binds on the wooded pole and keeps the shade at any height.”
